What type of waxes are in Burn Boss Candles?

I use a blend of soy and coconut wax in my candles. Both are plant-based waxes. Soy and coconut also have a longer burn time than other waxes while coconut also helps increase the scent throw.

How are they scented?

I use phthalate-free fragrances to scent the candles. They are clean burning and some are infused with essential oils. Each blend is carefully curated and unique to Burn Boss

How do I clean out my container once my candle is burned out?

Take a spoon or butter knife and gently remove the excess wax from the vessel. Then using rubbing alcohol or an alcohol-based disinfecting cloth, wipe down the inside of the container to remove excess residue. Finally give it a warm, soapy scrub to clean up anything that might be left behind.

How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?

One of the best things you can do to prevent tunneling is to give your candle a good initial burn. Candles have memory (weird, huh?) and tend to stop burning at the line of their initial burn. Meaning, if you light your new candle for a short time and then blow it out, it will remember that line and generally not move past it as it burns down the vessel, creating a tunnel. To prevent this, make sure the first time that you burn the candle the wax pool reaches all the way to the edges of your vessel (generally can take 2-4 hours).

What types of seeds are in the wildflower paper candle topper?

A blend of Catchfly, Sweet Alyssum, Snapdragon, Bird’s Eye, Black Eyed Susan, and Clarkia.
